Getting outside your comfort zone is the only way to create a life of your dreams, otherwise you are vegging in front of the TV with no vision. It has nothing to do with male or female. Anxiety is universal but you can use that energy to propel you forward instead of holding you back. It is your choice at each moment. You can let fear stop you or you can move past it and get outside your comfort zone.
