Wayne, I had not read your blog so when we spoke and when you said Lyndon had passed away after you had just shared that news with me last week. I was shocked and also saddened.
Saddened that your friend, a father, husband, son was not able to live the life he most likely would of planned on. Saddened that today we will see even more young people passing away from a lifetime of convenience foods and poor health care. Saddened that we don't have more education on the warning signs and symptoms of these cancers. Saddned that you are sad.
I too have lost many friends and what I do take with me is, they never really leave as they are always alive in my memory.
