HOT Radio Topics that need guests this April!

Radio & TV shows are ALWAYS on the hunt for a great interview. The easiest way for you to get an interview is to talk about events that are already going on.

Can you take one of these topics and share some fun ideas with listeners and viewers?

Here are a few of topics I found that I think you’d have your best shot pitching media this month.

Couple Appreciation Month – Obviously this is a great topic for a relationship coach. You would need to research what it means and how a couple could celebrate it.

Emotional Overeating Awareness Month – This is a great topic for psychologists and body image experts. How do you know if you are an emotional eater? And what can you do about it? How do we stop our children from emotional overeating? Do Parents cause this in their children?

Global Child Nutrition Month – Perfect topic for a dietitian or nutritionist. If you walk through the grocery store and see what parents have in their carts – it’s disturbing. Pop and sugar treats. I don’t know if parents understand the bad food choices they are passing on to their kids.

Physical Wellness Month – Great for doctors or trainers.

Stress Awareness Month – How do you know if you are stressed? Can you do something about it? If you are low on cash, hate your job, and your spouse is about to leave you – how can you not be stressed?

Testicular Cancer Awareness Month – Calling all Doctors – let’s get men discussing this. Funny how men wait until their testicle is the size of a grapefruit before they go to a doctor. What’s normal and what’s not?

Women's Eye Health & Safety Month – Great topic for optometrists. What do we need to know to keep our eyes safe this summer?

National Walk to Work Day: 6 (Always First Friday) Best thing I ever did was get a sport watch that tells me how many steps a day I walk (or don’t walk). Great for fitness experts – people gotta move!
