Nutritionist Talks Chips on Radio

Interviewed on The Wayne and Jayne Show

Getting radio interviews is easy once you pick a topic that listeners want to hear. Gloria is one of my favorite nutrition guests. In fact she has a monthly spot on the Wayne and Jayne show.

Read it like a listener…would you be interested in this topic?

(Keep in mind my snack of choice in the evening is either potato chips, nachos, or popcorn.)

Dear Wayne,
The days of the plain old potato chip are over. These days, there are "gourmet" chips, "natural" chips, and chips that actually claim to be good for you. Confronted with this wide variety of options at the grocery store, it can be difficult to know which chips to buy, how they really impact diet and health, and whether the premium varieties are really worth the extra cash.

To help shoppers sort through the maze of chip varieties and claims, Gloria and her fellow nutrition editors at HealthCastle.com reviewed and analyzed more than 40 chip varieties, including chips made from potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, wheat, beans, soy, and rice. The findings may surprise listeners who have been shelling out big bucks for premium chips.
